Lesly Precil - Vice President
Lesly Precil, MSW, is a multifaceted professional based in Massachusetts. He is originally from Haiti, especially in the Southern part of the country. He is an agent of change who delves into research-based topics to leverage his expertise and uncover insights and solutions. His educational background includes a BA in Psychology and Child Homelessness from Lesley University, Cambridge, MA, and a Master's in Social Work from Simmons University.
He works as a School-based social worker for Boston Public Schools. His passion is healing and emotionally supporting students and families to find healthy perceptions of themselves. He also uses Learning-focused family engagement to support and boost student learning development. He owns Theracare Solutions LLC, located in Randolph, MA.
Lesly is a leader who believes in making a difference. He has been interested in and enjoyed the arts (Painting, music, poetry, Visual arts performance, and traveling the world) since he was young. He is involved with Humanitarian Alliance, INC., and Atelier Dubuisson, both non-profit organizations. He is also a founding member of Atelier Dubuisson, INC.

Gregory Dubuisson - President / Executive Director
Gregory Dubuisson, also known as Yazbthegreat, is an award-winning Haitian fashion designer, painter, musician, and founder of Urban Pigeons. In 2012, he created Urban Pigeons is born through a unique, luxury, modern streetwear idea. The name “Urban Pigeons'' represents an artistic concept of inclusion, individual creativity, and self-expression within a collective. Yazbthegreat has influenced the face of fashion throughout New England, leading him to showcase in New York, Thailand, and numerous events throughout the Northeast. His vivid and flamboyant designs are inspired by traditional and cultural patterns of Haiti, Guadeloupe, and Asia. Yazbthegreat Takes inspiration everywhere from a simple shadow or color to a cultural experience,.Yazbthegreat’s design process is intuitive, with the final products encouraging the wearer to follow their intuitions and choose a brighter mood. His goal is to bring a new flavor to the art community. Yazbthegreat aims to create a future where everyone can feel comfortable in what they wear.
Kelly McDonald - Secretary/ Treasurer
Kelly was born and raised in a small town in Western Massachusetts and now makes her home in Boston, MA. She holds a Bachelor Degree from Bates College in Sociology, Education Studies, and Music. She has a passion for educational equity, which led her to several pursuits within the nonprofit sector. Her various experiences include writing tutoring, college access advising, assistant teaching, mentoring, and mentor coaching. Additionally, Kelly is experienced in visual art, music, and acting, specifically as a vocalist in several jazz and rock bands and many roles in musical theater productions. Today, her focus centers on event planning, production management, and coaching. She is proud to be the Brand Coordinator for fashion house Urban Pigeons, as well as a thoughtful and detailed event planner and program coordinator.
